DISCOUNT CODES, SALES, AND PROMOTIONS
Only one discount code, offer or promotion is valid per order. Discount codes, sales and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases unless otherwise noted. Discount codes are valid one time per user unless otherwise noted.
If you purchase an item during a sale or promotion, all items in that order are considered final sale. These units are not eligible for return. For issues with promo/discount cards not working at checkout, please reach out to our Customer Service Team by emailing info@eagle.energy. Note that eligible discount codes can be applied retroactively within 2 business days of your order being placed.

CHANGING AND CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Our warehouse packs your order at lightning speed, so once you've placed the order, we cannot make changes. However, we may be able to cancel your order so you can place a new one. We recommend that you reach out to our Customer Service Team by emailing info@eagle.energy as soon as possible so that we can do our best to help.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEES
It is possible you may be charged an international transaction fee by your bank if you are shopping outside of the US. Please inquire with your bank or credit card company before checking out. Eagle Energy is not responsible for any international transaction fees charged to you by your bank or credit card.

SHIPPING

We happily offer free shipping in the Continental US only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other off-shore insular areas including American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and Guam). Free shipping does not apply to PO Box Addresses or Express Shipping. We also ship internationally, though shipping charges will apply.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 5 business days. Depending on customer location, orders normally take 5-10 business days to arrive. Couriers may experience higher than normal volume during holiday season and may take longer to ship during these times. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact Customer Service by emailing info@eagle.energy.

When will my order ship?
It usually takes about 1-3 business days to process your order.

Has my order shipped?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

What is my tracking number?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, the tracking number is in the email.

How can I change my shipping address? I input the wrong shipping address.
Please email us at info@eagle.energy as soon as possible, if the order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. We will send you a return label for the order, once we receive it, we will re-send your order.

NOTE:  Currently, we do not ship to the following countries: Ascension Island, Canada, Caribbean Netherlands, China, Colombia, India, Japan, Kuwait, Mexico (1 of 32 states), New Zealand (1 of 17 regions), Poland, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Thailand, Tristan da Cunha, Zambia, Zimbabwe

SHIPPING AND COVID-19

Although COVID-19 continues to impact the way we live, our goal is to continue to get you your Eagle Energy. We are processing and shipping orders as per usual. Many shipping carriers have removed service guarantees for 2021. As such, our delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Thank you for your continued support and patience.

RETURNS

Eagle Energy is committed to making sure its customers have a positive experience. If you have any issue or concern with an Eagle Energy product, please email info@eagle.energy.

We will happily accept merchandise in its original, unused condition for a refund when accompanied by the original sale confirmation within 30 days of receiving your product.

At this time, we do not offer free returns on international orders. If you are an international customer and need to make a return, please email info@eagle.energy to initiate the return process.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Items purchased on markdown during major sale or promotional periods, are considered final sale and again, not eligible for return. If you purchase an item at full price using a discount code, we will accept the return and issue a refund. You will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item.
